The Navigator App serves as the official guide for attendees of Messe Frankfurt’s Formnext, providing comprehensive information to facilitate a smooth visit.

It consolidates all essential details from the event organizer, including exhibitor information, scheduled events, and fairground maps, with offline access available to ensure usability without an internet connection.

The app features several functionalities, some of which may be temporarily deactivated:

• Exhibitors: Allows users to search for companies and products, utilizing filter and sort options. Users can also find contact persons and related exhibitor events. Additionally, photos and notes can be added for each exhibitor and shared accordingly.
• My Visitor Ticket: Users can upload their online ticket into the app for admission purposes and utilize it as a digital business card. Please note that a printed ticket remains necessary for public transport access.
• Connect! Facilitates networking by enabling attendees to connect with other visitors. Relevance-based filtering helps identify potential new business partners for direct contact.
• Fairground: Features a detailed floor plan with booth information. Quickly locate favorite exhibitors through the hall plan using the quick finder tool.
• Events: Provides an overview of ongoing activities such as exhibits and conventions. Users can add events to their personal calendars or watchlists, with options to add photos and notes for sharing.
• News: Offers press releases and updates from social media channels related to the event.
• Favorites: Keeps track of preferred companies and events, with synchronization of favorite exhibitors from the online customer center (requires Messe-Login).
• Scanner: Includes QR-code scanning capabilities to import visitor badge information into contacts seamlessly.

The app menu offers options to customize settings, access event opening times, travel information to Messe Frankfurt, as well as privacy policies and terms of use.
